How registration works

Sign up with your email address and a password. You own your login personally; colleagues get their own.

Search the Brønnøysund Register Centre by name or organisation number. We take the registered name from the register.

What we check before a company is verified
Verification makes the marketplace worth more for the companies that are admitted, and gives customers confidence that they are dealing with a real business.
Registered and active in the Enhetsregisteret
The company must have a Norwegian organisation number and be active. We check this against the register when you register and again when we verify.
The person registering may represent the organisation
Foliemarked contacts the organisation through a channel from the register or its own website, never through details you give us, and confirms that your account may act for it.
One company per organisation number
If your organisation is already registered, you ask the existing company for access instead of creating a copy.
A secured owner account
The owner and administrators of a company confirm their sign-in with an authenticator app.

Nothing. Registering and verifying your company on Foliemarked is free.
By a person at Foliemarked. We check that the organisation is registered and active in the Enhetsregisteret, and we contact the organisation through a channel we find ourselves to confirm that you may represent it. You see the result in your company workspace.
There is one Foliemarked company per organisation number. Search for your organisation during registration and request access; the company's owner or administrator approves you. If you believe the registration was made without authority, contact us.
Everyone gets their own personal login. As owner or administrator you invite colleagues by email address; they accept the invitation after signing in with that address. Foliemarked does not send the invitation email, so tell your colleague yourself.
Owners and administrators can change who may act for the company. A code from an authenticator app protects those actions even if a password leaks.
As soon as your company is registered, you see the anonymised requests in the company area, without the customer's contact details. Once Foliemarked has verified your company, you can respond. The first response to a request costs tokens.
