As a private person you use your own name and contact details. As a business you also give the business name and organisation number.

Yes. Foliemarked is used by both private persons and businesses. Businesses often post jobs such as company car branding, fleet graphics, facade signs or branding of shop and office premises, in the same way as private persons post jobs for their own car or home.

Choose the category closest to what you need done, or use the Special assignments category if nothing fits. Describe your needs as clearly as you can in text and pictures, and suppliers can still see and respond to the request.

Yes. Under My requests you can change an active request or close it. Once a supplier has responded, you can add information and make minor corrections, but not change the job substantially.

It varies with the category, the place and how many suppliers cover your area. We cannot promise a particular number of responses.

Registered suppliers can see the request without your contact details. Verified suppliers that cover your category and area are told about it, and only verified suppliers can respond.

No. You are not obliged to choose any of the suppliers that respond, and it costs you nothing. If none of the responses suits you, you can close the request without further obligation.

Compare the responses and the ratings from completed jobs of the suppliers that respond to your job, and ask questions before you choose.

Responses come in as suppliers in your category see the request. If more than a few days have passed, write to us and tell us which request it concerns, and we will look into it.

No. Foliemarked is a marketplace, and we are not a party to the agreement between you and the supplier. We can help you understand the responses, but the choice is yours.

We check the business against the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities (Enhetsregisteret), confirm that the person who registers it may represent the business, and assess whether its activity fits the services it offers, before it can respond to requests. Businesses that do not meet the requirements are rejected.

First contact the supplier to try to resolve the matter directly, since the agreement about the job itself is between you and the supplier. If you cannot agree, you can contact us by email, and we will look into it.

Businesses that deliver wrapping, PPF, signs, print or other visual branding services, and that are registered in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities, can register as suppliers.

Registering the business and seeing requests is free. You pay only when you respond to a request: the first response costs tokens, which you get through a subscription or buy when you need them. You see the prices, including VAT, before you buy.

A subscription renews automatically for each period. You can cancel it at any time, and it ends at the first renewal after the notice period in the terms you accepted. After an upgrade it ends at the earliest after one ordinary renewal at the new level, and you are told this before you upgrade. Subscription tokens expire at the end of the period, while purchased tokens do not expire.

The first response to a request costs tokens, and you see the price before you send. If the business does not have enough tokens, nothing is deducted, and you can buy tokens or start or upgrade a subscription. You can still see requests and continue the conversations you already have.

No, not automatically. A response that has been sent counts as used, even if the customer does not reply, chooses another supplier or closes the request. In case of technical errors or fake requests, Foliemarked can correct it after an assessment.

Yes. You choose the services and areas the business covers, and you can change them later. You are told about new requests that match your choices, and you can also see requests in the rest of the country.

Once you have sent the business for verification, we check it against the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities and contact the business through a channel we find ourselves, to confirm that you may represent it. How long it takes depends on when we can confirm this. You are told when the business has been verified.

Subscriptions and tokens are paid in the company portal. Prices are shown including VAT, and you find your payments in the payment overview.

No. Your contact details are not shown publicly with the request. Suppliers see only the description of the job, and your contact details become available to a business only when it responds to your request.
