How it works when you need a job done

From describing the job to a finished job in five steps.

    1. Describe the job

Choose a category, describe what is to be wrapped, and feel free to add pictures of the car, building or product concerned.

  2. 2

    2. Get responses

Verified wrapping suppliers that cover your category and area are told about the request and can respond to you.

  3. 3

    3. Compare the responses

See the responses in one place, with the businesses' ratings from completed jobs, and ask questions before you decide.

  4. 4

    4. Choose a supplier

Choose the supplier that suits you best. No commitment, and no cost to you.

  5. 5

    5. Leave a review

Rate the supplier when the job is done, so that your review helps other customers.

What does it cost to use Foliemarked?

The price of the wrapping job itself varies with the scope and the choice of materials, but using Foliemarked as a platform has a simple cost structure.

  • Free and without obligation when you post a request

Posting a request on Foliemarked is always free, whether you are a private person or a business that needs a job done. You pay nothing to receive responses, compare suppliers or ask questions before you choose, and there are no hidden costs or commitment periods. You agree the price of the wrapping job itself directly with the supplier you choose.

  • How suppliers pay

Suppliers that want to respond to requests pay with tokens, through a subscription or by buying tokens. They pay only when they send their first response to a request. This lets Foliemarked keep the service free for you when you need a job done, while suppliers are told about new requests in their categories and areas.

What kinds of jobs can you post?

Foliemarked has categories in wrapping, print and signs – from small private jobs to large business projects. Below are four main groups that the categories fall under.

  • Cars, vehicles and paint protection

Car wrapping, advertising film, chrome delete and PPF – for private cars, company cars, motorcycles, boats and agricultural machinery. See the Cars and vehicles category.

  • Windows, interiors and buildings

Window film, solar film, frosted film and interior film for homes, offices and shops, as well as larger facade wrapping. See the Buildings, retail and property category.

  • Signs, print and branding

Facade signs, illuminated signs, banners and large-format print, as well as branded clothing and corporate gifts with a logo. See the Signs and branding category.

  • Special assignments that do not fit a category

Describe your needs, add pictures or drawings, and let the suppliers come up with suggestions. See the Special assignments category.

How to write a job description that gets good responses

The quality of the responses you get depends on how clear the job description is. A vague description often leads to imprecise responses, or fewer responses overall, because suppliers lack the information they need to price the job. These three points make it easier to get good responses:

  • Add pictures

Both phone pictures and professional photos work, as long as they clearly show the condition and the scope. If you have drawings or sketches, you can add pictures of them.

  • State measurements, scope and deadline

Describe how large an area or which parts are to be wrapped, and when you want the job to be finished.

  • Be clear about budget and expectations

Mention a budget or requirements for material, colour and quality. It makes the responses more relevant and saves time.

How it works for businesses that want jobs

Are you a wrapping supplier that wants more jobs? This is how your business gets started on Foliemarked:

  • Register the business and get verified

Register the business with its organisation number. We check that the business is active in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities, that you may represent it, and that its activity fits the services you offer, before it can respond to requests.

  • Choose a subscription or tokens

Responses to requests are paid with tokens. Choose a subscription with tokens for each period, or buy tokens when you need them, and adjust to how many requests you want to respond to.

  • Respond and follow up the customer

Send the customer a message and follow up directly through the platform. Good reviews make it easier to win more jobs over time.

Safety on Foliemarked

Safety is a precondition for the marketplace to work well for both sides. This is how we work on it:

  • Verified businesses

Every supplier is verified before it can respond to requests. Businesses that do not meet the requirements cannot respond to requests or see your contact details.

  • Reviews from real jobs

Reviews are written by customers who have had the job done through Foliemarked, and cannot be bought or edited by the supplier.

  • Privacy and your information

Your contact details are not shown with the request. They become available only to businesses that respond to your request.

How long does it take to get responses?

How quickly you get responses depends on the category, the place and how detailed the description is – requests with good pictures and a clear scope are easier to respond to. You can receive responses for as long as the request is active, in the period you choose when you post it.
